Definitely get Enon, Believo and Drive Like Jehu, Yank Crime. I'm sure you already know about Enon, but DLJ will hit you in just the right spot if you already enjoy bands like Giddy Motors.

If you're going to get a Consonant album (which I'd highly recommend everyone doing), pick the self-titled debut from last year over the new one...not that the new one's bad, per se, but it is kind of a letdown.

I *just* bought the new one. Oh well. I like it, and it sounds like the sort of album that will grow on me. I do intend to pick up the s/t release, however.
