Speaking of discography, you told me on this board that we here in Canada would continue to have the older, cheaper vinyl/cheaper CD version of the Dizee Rascals album that was released here domestically in September, so I didn't bother rushing out to get it when you guys announced you were releasing it, now the only way to get it is the much more expensive Matador vinyl/more expensive Matador CD version. What's up with that?

Sorry for the delayed response Funk... I've been searching for this thread but it was hard to find because the topic didn't match the question.

Anyway, the Matador vinyl is more expensive than the XL vinyl in Canada because the Matador vinyl is a double (with extra track) and the XL vinyl was a single. On top of this Matador's vinyl prices must be higher than XL's.

On the CD, this was an internal marketing decision on Beggars' part.

In any event, I should not have told you the prices would be the same - that was irresponsible of me! but at least in both cases you do get that extra track.
