TheSadDebaser and I also think that the album cover looks really cool with inverted colors.

Whoa, who did the cover? The font used sure sucks, looks like a fucking Nickelback album cover or something. Burma got such a great logo, why abandon it?

(If it's really an Abuse Light, then it's "intended for free, non-commercial use ONLY". If it isn't, I just made a total ass out of myself, haha.)

Y-ouch! I don't quite understand the comparison. Never seen a Nickelback album cover. Apparently, you have one handy to compare it to.
But I do like your well timed use of the word 'malozed' in your link.

It actually reminds me of the typeface on the cover of Forget.
I dunno, its not my favorite cover design in the world, but definitely doesn't evoke shite nu metal to these eyes. Stark, rough around the edges, it fits nicely.

I did some research (ahem), Nickelback covers really don't use that font.
It's just that - you know, it looks like a generic grunge font. And Burma's earlier releases all got really nice packaging. Of course, i like the switches on the cover, the font used just doesn't really fit.
Edit: Sonic Youth used that font on their Silver Session CD. Ha!

I dig the font.
I also wondered if the grey used was a reference to the colors used on the "Academy Fight Song"/"Max Ernst" single. And if so, where's the Day-Glo orange? That woulda been cool.

The letters have been burned and withered by the excoriating noise contained inside.
