i'll be at the first 2 London shows.
the shows have been selling out ridiculously fast, with an incredibly large number of tickets going to touts, which sux.
chances are that there'll be shows before the minneapolis date....but they won't be released until 1-2 days before the show...the minneapolis was sposed to be like that, but the venue got ahead of itself, and the majority of tickets went to touts.
apparently the band + management was not impressed.

einzack, you must be pretty fucking excited
seeing them one day is one thing, but seeing them two days is two things!
these past 4 years i've fantasized about a reunion, and it just kills me that the whole thing is kicking off right where i live

as of yesterday tickets for my show were going for $300
"my show" being the show that i am not going to.
It's crazy how fast tickets sold out here in CA..I really wanted to go to that show :(
They need to go on a regular US tour with a lot more stops..yes..??!!

another really good website is www.frankblack.net
they seem to have a very close contact with Ken Goes - FB/Pixies manager, so tend to get the info first, which is then copied by all the other websites.
and wut wut, yes i am very excited about seeing them 2 nights in a row.
i actually have tickets for the 4 nights at brixton, but it's the exact weekend my family is coming over from new zealand to visit me, so i kinda feel i can't go to the last 2 shows......
so i'm selling them at face value to a friend who missed out on the rush...
so you're not going the ebay way?
must be tempting.....
They're playing V Festival this year (which is quite near me). Shame the rest of the line up is crap. DIDO?!

well no.
i tried to get ticket to the first 2 days, but got fucked over by ticketweb who took £278 without giving me any tickets.
i then managed to acquire tickets for the last 2 days when they went on sale.
i was then offered tickets for the first 2 days by ticketweb because they stole my money (and lots of other peoples) and so the shows appeared to be sold out, but in fact weren't.
so thats how i ended up with tickets for the 4 nights.
i knew i couldn't really go to nights 3 + 4, but if i couldn't go to the first 2, i was going to have too.....
but luckily, now i don't have to.
and I still don't know if I'm going or not... if I don't get Brixton tickets, I'm definitely doing the V festival...
shame they're coming on before The Strokes though... too weird.

i thought you'd get free tickets....
and very weird re: V festival....they're gunna blow the strokes off the stage.
and they aren't doing anymore UK festivals apart from V - it's part of the deal apparently.
ha, no pun intended there I presume :)
V Festival was the only one I'd heard about - no others...
