a rather wonderful little band i found randomly a year ago...i advise you to check them out...and i suppose this relates to matador because they are playing a show with missions of burma.

We played with the Playwrights in Bristol at the Louisiana on our last tour, and they were really good, by far one of the best bands we played with on that tour. If you're going to see MoB then get down early to check them out. James Seachange.

The Playwrights will be supporting Pretty Girls Make Graves and Seachange on the forthcoming UK tour (thanks to PGMG for asking us!). I have no idea if there's another support for Nottingham (Seachange ain't playing) so we might have a slightly longer set....
