Taping in Toronto

Cat Power is playing the Opera House in Toronto on the 13th of April. It will be the first time I see Chan Marshall in concert so i'm quite excited! I know this venue will allow me to audio tape the show off the soundboard, but I'd need prior permission from Chan or someone in the band/management. I've taped many concerts before and I do it only for my own listening pleasure, I don't sell any of this or profit from it in anyway. Wondering if anyone knew who I need to contact in order to ask if I can tape the show off the soundboard, I'd more than gladily make copies for the band or anyone else here who might be interested.
