no way...

I mean, its not the artwork of legends, but it fits right into Interpol's look, back to their very first posters and EPs. their website used to have a gallery of posters they made for shows. all real minimal and stark.

so Patrick, for the LP, will it be white or black? or will that have a slippy cover like the CD?

Sean McCabe, who designed 'Turn On The Bright Lights,' also designed 'Antics.'

Paul, I don't know your tastes, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at this design in the flesh. It doesn't translate so well to the screen. I love it.

Tino, I think the LP will mimic the CD slipcase but perhaps only with the jacket/dustsleeve - no extra O-card. However I'll ask MO to jump in here when he returns from vacation in a couple weeks.

Ah, well...McCabe's Asobi Seksu show posters are some of my favorite rock art of the last few years, so I'll reserve judgement until I see it up close.

I'm as big a fan of minimal design as anyone, actually. There's just something about this, though...

sean's got some interesting pictures up on his website - http://www.wider-than-pictures.com. i especially like the shot of asobi seksu on the far right, with the red background. i also really like a poster he did for pas/cal, which you can see here (http://www.pascalgoespop.com/dates.htm). (he is actually a friend...)

i got all 10 songs and i like it..not sure if i like it better than TOTBL, but it's a good listen..more "pop"to it...my fav songs are evil, slow hands, not even jail and c'mere...i'd like to hear what everyone else thinks about the album.

erm nope i didnt listen to the album yet cuz IT'S NOT OUT YET..

just Slow Hands as Labels accidently gave a link to the video last week. the song is stucked in my head now .. I love it ! so bad this mistake from Labels but very good for the mood of interpol fans ;p

Otherwise, I patiently wait for September 27th ;) or luckily any gig in Europe before that (*begging eyes*)

well i know it's not out yet..but with a little research on the web, it's quite easy to find the songs on the net. i still plan on buying the album though, to support the band and all. besides..im not sure if if they are the actual song versions that will be on the album..they kinda sound a little more like bsides.
