new album ?

I was just wondering if any of you heard about a new album ? I know Chan's still touring, but maybe she already started working on some new material ?
Because You Are Free was released more than 1 year 1/2 ago, so she's probably thinking of the new one...Any news ?

A new Cat Power album is tentatively planned for 2005.

In the meantime, you'll be able to get the DVD film by Mark Borthick, which includes a CD with a gorgeous 18-minute long unreleased song from the 'You Are Free' sessions.

The song is entitled "Willie Deadwilder," and the DVD+CD package is scheduled to come out on October 26.

It will come out worldwide, in all regions (perhaps region-encoded for your particular region - to some extent this is up to our licensees), and in NTSC or PAL as appropriate.
