Super excited to get Antics on my iPod, but seem to have some technical difficulties getting anything to view the CD as a source for MP3 conversion.
It appears that not only does OpenDisc offer some advanced features, but it also has some copy protection built-in.
So, the question remains, how am I supposed to convert Antics to MP3 in order to listen to it on my iPod?

Apparently, iTunes didn't like the OpenDisc technology. MusicMatch appears to deal with it okay though.
i had no problem recognizing the disc with itunes.

No copy-protection on the Matador CD. You should be able to rip it to your iPod no problem.

Some Windows users have had trouble ripping the CD due to OpenDisc... several solutions are suggested in this thread:

You have to register in order to read or post on the Interpol forum.
Note: the Matador CD is not copy-protected. However for those of you in Continental Europe, the Labels version of the CD may be copy-protected (it's the norm in those countries these days) -- I can't speak for Labels, and don't have the facts on this yet.
