Wal-Mart?

Hey I went to Wal Mart yesterday, hey stop booing, and I saw a copy of Interpol in the cd section. At first I didn't believe it, so I rubbed my eyes and looked again. Sure enough it was Interpol. So what I was wondering was how you guys got distributed to Wal-Mart and also if you plan on releasing other titles to the masses, or is this just an Interpol thing. I don't like Wal-mart because of its super low prices, but I think it is good that others might finally hear good music.

Wal-Mart are free to purchase our goods from ADA just like any other major retailer. Given that said megastore doesn't carry many titles that aren't big hits, this says just as much about Interpol's recent commercial success as it does about the efficiency of our distributor.

i work at wal mart in the electronics dept, and yes we are carrying the interpol cd .. i think its pretty cool. i can expose em some more!

and, yes, i remember when they carried terror twilight back in the day .. last matador record i remember seeing in there.
