Beth Lisick wrote in her column in the SF Chron yesterday about a show Chan played at the Hemlock Club. Evidently it was very hush hush..... sounded fun though.

yeah i got to go to that show, and it was super secret, as well as super good. a friend knew someone who worked at the club or something and tipped me off to it, but it was already sold out when i got there. but considering that when i arrived i immediately locked my keys in my car i figured i'd lurk around and have a couple beers, and the door guy was nice enough to let me buy a ticket. excellent show though, she played a long time, and the room at the hemlock club is super super small, sit down only type gig.
