could one of you matador folk tell us about "Broke in November" and "Follow Gently," songs which wer ementioned in early CRCR reissue tracklists as gary songs, but which don't appear on the final disc?

dude, those are on disc 3! didn't you get disc 3? Its mixed in with all the ABBA covers...

it could well be that those songs are on disc 2 but with different titles. as we know, titles of pavement songs aren't so much like names, but clothes.

Follow Gently was taken off the record (and not only for time reasons although it would not have fit anyway), and I THINK Broke in November is actually another version of All My Friends that we changed for a much better version, but once Spiral rolls in here he can correct me if I'm wrong.
