I’m beginning to think the delay with pre-orders may be some below-the-belt sales strategy. It has been 15 days since my confirmation of shipping and I have yet to receive CRCR (Recieved Thursday October 21). I could not help but buy a copy yesterday at my local CD warehouse. Knowing that folks who pre-order do so to receive a copy on or prior to the street date (yes I know they say within 5 days of release, but the incentive is there), I feel as though I’ve been hoodwinked.

How many of you went out and purchased a second copy due to delays at insound? Am I the only obsessive compulsive on this cyber block?
What say you Patrick?

Hi Spy,

I wish we were that Machiavellian but we're not. The whole problem boils down to the Insound printing fuck-up detailed below.

All we can do is apologize and offer you a refund.

No need for either. I figure I’ll recycle the second copy as a Christmas gift. For example, an old girlfriend whose sheer contempt for my being is repressed and projected as a hatred for all things paved.

A downer is all. I remember receiving slow century and L&R four days early. So long to the privledge of yesteryear.

Anyone know where I can get some decent wood?

After nearly four weeks of anxiety ridden anticipation, Desert Origins landed on my doorstep this afternoon.
My only complaint now, no more incentive to check the mail.
Thanks to Patrick for the extra junkets.
