I'm so happy they released a new album.

You can probably pick up Red Heaven pretty cheaply, but it's a bargain at any price. If you'd rather start earlier in the Muses' career, might want to seek out House Tornado or The Real Ramona.

Yeah, I was thinkin' The Real Ramona. I really like the songs "Hook in Her Head" and "Snake". I know one of those is on that record.

the new muses record is AMAZING....
i'd recommend starting with either university or real ramona.....

but why not just start with the new one...it's great.

also, kristin hersh's new solo album - released the same day - "the grotto" - is brilliant.
i can't decide which is better actually...maybe it'll have to be a tie.

plus 4ad have done a minisite (which I'm trying to keep as regularly updated as possible) and there's an e-card with links to the Apple streaming of the album (if you wanted to listen to it beforehand)

there's a load of TM tour dates too!! Tanya is only playing Boston, New York and I can't remember if its San Francisco or LA... one or the other anyway

Wow, more Throwing Muses..... I had heard a rumor, I'm glad it's true. I sure do love Tanya. Loved her especially after I saw Belly play with Radiohead opening. She was brilliant.

I'm excited. Thanks for the info guys.
