It's a pretty dull week for new cds (McCombs excluded), but at least I'll finally get a chance to watch Wonderfalls on DVD (assuming I can rent it).

I'm looking forward to tomorrow's release of the new High on Fire album Blessed Black Wings but I'll probably wait and snag a copy when they play here on the 12th.

I've heard a lot about this show, but not til after it got cancelled, so I have no idea if it's worth checking out or not.

I just found out the new Erasure CD Nightbird comes out today! I thought the last one (not counting the covers album from 2003), 2000's Lovesongs, was great.

This came out last week but our local paper reviewed it today in the "new music released toda" column. The reviewer also said it was their first album of new material since 1997 (wrongo).
