I found my Nintendo this afternoon, well actually the house is being painted and the company was clearing a room and the Nintendo fell out of a box. I think i'll be up all night playing Duck Hunter / Clay Shooter.

Haha half life was great, only ever watched friends play it. My experience with video games has been huge but i've stayed with the classics mostly. The NES and SNES emulator's help pass the 16 hour round trip car rides I take two or three times a year to Maine.

I found my Sega Genesis last night. Thinkin' about hooking it up. Never was much of a video game player though. I always lose at them.

I've been playing Final Fantasy 7 again lately. I always get into it and then stop and lose my game.

I visit my old hippie camp in Freedom Maine, Belfast is great too-- it's a great state. Cant wait until I can drive, i'll probably take my first "alone drive" with just me and my music up there and rent one of those tiny houses near the beach for a few days.

Final Fantasy 7... When I was younger, around when it first came out I sat in front of the TV for 12 hours and watched a friend play it. I loved the story, great game. FF1-3 is good too though :D

I used to be/still am addicted to the final fantasy games. Everytime I go home for the holidays, that's pretty much all I do is play that damn game. Last time I played I was in the middle of Final Fantasy 9 (I believe). I like 9 because it's a more traditional FF, whereas 8, which I have for the PC, has a more awkward type of setup, in my opinion. Have yet to see 10, but I hear it's pretty awesome.

I like the medieval ones!

Don't all of them have a medieval feel to them? There seems to be a set of characters and settings that they keep coming back to and they all have this Old English kind of feel to it.

I gave up on video games after I couldn't beat level three of the Tiny Toons Adventures NES game. I'm okay with it though, at least I didn't grow up to be one of those people.

One big debt of gratitude I owe my parents is that they never let me get a game system. I'd be a lot lazier and spoiled if they had.

Its more me, not an intrinsic quality to game systems.

I invest in video game stocks. Check out TTWO (http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=ttwo).
Cash money --- yeah, yeah!

My buddy in Seattle is part of the development team that creates Half Life. Some crazy AI and physics shit goin' there.

was NHL 1992 the one with the blue cover thing or something? I think I have that for the Genesis. I've never been into sports games or hockey or anything, but I really enjoyed that game.

I don't think I ever saw the cover, but it was the first in that series. It was really simple to play, and I think it was the year you could really fake out the goalie by going side-to-side.

Probably primitive by today's standards.
