Got my tickets to see Sm & Jicks at the Metro last night, so it must be for real. Also, surprised that my purchase at Borders this morning included the EP.

I wasn't surprised to find the digipack version today. I have a feeling that "first edition" means like 10,000 or so when it comes to someone as high-profile as SM, right? 5,000?

either way, far more than preorders and first-day geeks combined, methinks...

was selling the vinyl on friday but not the cd. was the vinyl an early release or did virgin jump the gun?

wow, 25,000. more than I thought..

so yeah. I have a feeling the 2CD version will be easy to find anywhere for the next month or so. That's my wager...

I thought i had it covered and when to the Chicago Tower Records at midnight last night like a big big geek and they only had the jewel case version.

So, needless to say I hiked all over the city this afternoon and finally found a ton of the limited ones at the Virgin Megastore. I'm surprised Tower didn't have any of them.

Did you chicago folk see that the metro show is on? I was very excited when I saw that yesterday. I get all nervous about album release/show tickets-- I think I overestimate the general public's knowledge and interest in such affairs.
