I saw on Amazon that there is a bonus CD with a Limited Edition of Gimme Fiction. What's that all about?

Bonus? Awesome. This is a great album as it is....

Does anyone know if I turn my camera on is also the US single or is that just in the UK?

I doubt there will be a US single.

just wondering, what makes you say that? I don't mean that as a challenge, just more wondering whether it comes from inside info or just speculation.

"Someone Something" was released domestically as a single off Kill The Moonlight, so I don't see why Merge wouldn't do it again...

I forgot that Merge was releasing this one in the states. my statement was a reference to Matador not releasing any singles in America lately.

I guess Matador would entrude on Merge's "jurisdiction" if they were to release a single in the USA.

I use single very loosely - I mean the track that gets licensed the most I suppose. I just thought merge would pick sister jack since that is the song used in the OC. I suppose I should post this over on the Merge site instead. But it seems like it is very quiet over there.

Is this double disc version going to be easy to get? If I buy it the day it comes out? How limited is it? Just wanna make sure I don't miss it.

Since you're in Austin, Texas, you should probably post this question on Merge's board, not Matador's. We're only releasing it outside of North America.

*stumbles in drunk and half-naked*

I can tell you that the record store that I got my copy from included the bonus disc (Future Legend on 9th Ave-possibly the most unpretentious and underrated record store in NYC). They even gave it to me in a small shopping bag with the Gimme Fiction logo on it! Now I can clean out the cat poops from the litter box and toss them in style, baby!

Right near my apartment! I've gotta start looking around when I walk.

they also used 'I turn my camera on' on the next episode, it was actually really well placed not like the of montreal songs.

there was about 20 copies of this at my local record store, all with bonus discs, so this should be fairly easy to find. and the liner notes/packaging are top notch.
