While it's great that the smug , rich idiots who read this awful magazine may now feel obliged to have Laura's new album on their coffee tables it is , as always , fascinating to read the credits that appear in the print edition -

Page 38: Laura Cantrell styled by Mia Morgan for Bryan Bantry; dress by Nina Lazaridi, from Diavolina, LA.; jacket by Nina Lazaridi , from Atrium, NYC.; necklaces by Erickson Beamon, from Showroom Seven, NYC., or call 001-212-643-4810.

John Foyle, I've no idea who you are but imagine my surprise when i put my name into Google the other day, looking to see if I have any work credited online, and I find the link to the drivel you have written about me and others, people you don't even know and have erroneously pigeonholed. Think you've got me pegged? You don't even have the right girl! The Lisa Garner of the website you cite first in your little diatribe on styling is a Canadian photographer that is no relation of mine. If she's fearless and shoots bulls then that's her business, whether or not the language is ridiculous. I am the Lisa Garner that did in fact have the pleasure of working with Laura Cantrell on the Vanity Fair shoot. Yes I am a make-up artist. And yes, my agent is Timothy Priano and my bio and portfolio can be found on his website. SO WHAT! What's so funny about that I've no idea. In fact your whole thread is simply mean spirited. That you've bothered to go out of your way to investigate the credits and post such insults makes me wonder about your sanity, and that you have perhaps a little too much time on your hands. In the meantime, the rest of us are working hard to make a living so all those "smug, rich idiots who read this awful magazine" can enjoy a photo of your Laura. And if you think that Vanity Fair readers would actually feel "obliged" (as you put it) to buy her record you are wrong. Obligation wouldn't have a thing to do with it. Vanity Fair readers are (most often) fair-minded people who can actually think for themselves, you however, seem to be small-minded, head-over-heels for Laura Cantrell and barely worthy of this response.

Sorry for the misattribution .
As for the rest - since I reckon I'm a pretty fab. bloke with a great sense of humour who's good to his cat and his mother I have to, of course, to disagree. But then I would say that!
