I'm excited about the Toronto show too, I just saw her in Austin, but it was a short set so I am ready for a full show. Unfortunately I will probably be going with a non Cat Power fan, since I don't know any here in Rochester.

So what is the Opera House like anyway? I was hoping it would be a bar or the kind of place that Chan might hang out and mingle at after the show...

The opera house is fairly large. It has two levels on the mainfloor, and a balcony above. Not the greatest venue for a Cat Power performance I would think. I'm excited regardless as I have never seen her perform live.

There were a few tickets still available at The Horseshoe
yesterday (I would go there before resorting to Ticketbastard
who still have tix too it appears).

The Opera House needs seating dammit! I think that
Chan should play the Rivoli a couple of nights (even
though it's small the sound is great there).

Chan in Church of the Holy Trinity now that would be incredible
and is always a dream of mine (where the Cowboy Junkies
recorded their album so long ago).

Anyone know whose opening for Chan in Toronto?
