When will Matador re-issue Spoon's first album?

If you do reissue it please add the Soft Effects e.p. and perhaps other stuff aswell.

we'd like nothing better than to do just that. However, Matador's term on those recordings has long since expired and the rights have revereted to Spoon. So it is up to them what will happen next.

We're told that Merge will be making 'Telefono' and 'Soft Effects' available via the iTunes Music Store in the near future.
