Cat Power Did the White Stripes, what did you think?

The first cover i think came on the 2004 Tour where she did a version of Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground. I wasen't there so can't coment but the mind indeed bongles. And then when i saw her last year at the Queen Elizabeth she played "I want to be the boy to warm your mothers Heart" not the whole song but it was nice. Chan interduced it by saying i wish this song wasen't so poplar. What are your thoughts on these covers?

she's been doing White Stripes covers since 2003 I think....
what is there really to discuss ? She likes the songs & wanted to cover them I guess..

I thought it was even 2003 or 2004. I was just wondering what people thought of the covers, i diden't take her for a White Stripes fan thats all. No need to be rude.
