I bought this from cduniverse and the back cover only has the 12 tracks of the standard release on there
Is this how they all look?

"Up & Gone" isnt listed on any version as it is a hidden track. As for the Everly Brothers cover Im not sure. It may be on there as a hidden track too.

Im not really the best to say though because Im in the UK and bought the digipack version available here.:)

Someone mentioned it maybe on the b-side to the forthcoming single Living Proof which if i'm not mistaken is out to buy next Monday.
