anti-war concert in nyc?

i read on spin.com that bright eyes, devendra banhart and michael stipe, among others, are supposed to be participating an anti-war concert at the hammerstien ballroom next month, yet i can't seem to find any information on tickets (when they go on sale, how much they'd cost, bla bla bla) anywhere..does anyone have any information about this?
