I just listened to this mp3 of Chan singing "Metal Heart" in Paris and it really brought it all home.:(

Please get better. I don't know if she ever reads these boards but f*** man, Im lost for words. She is just the real deal and thats about all you can say. I don't know what its like in America but we had the BRIT awards in this country last week and its just the epitomy of everything thats wrong, it really is. You have these fame whores and sychophants worshipping at the feet of fakers, bullshitters and posers who don't deserve anything of what they have while she is out there somewhere in pain and the rest of them are in the underground perfecting their work and caring about it.

Nothing can convince me that Paul Weller is a true artist and deserving of what he has especially a BRIT award or a number 1 because the guy makes grandad rock.

Well i agree but it's just a fact of life, and in honesty although there's a part of us which would like Chan to have that kind of secess i don't think we could wish such a thing on her. I think things are fine the way they are with the true fans getting to appicate her talents. She is the real an timeless artest for sure.

Oh absolutely, I would never wish that sort of thing on her. She has a hard enough time as it is. Its just a shame that all of these fake poser non-artists get thrust upon us.
