Anyone want to post theirs? Are we allowed to? I'm not worried about someone stealing mine since it's very unique and identifiable to me and also because of my postmarked envelope.

Dress Up In You (cover) by Indie Rockappella (Nathan Smart) (www.indierockappella.com/mp3s/dressup.mp3)

If we're not allowed to post them - then please, edit my message.

Now that the contest is coming to a close, I'm very interested to hear or see what other people created. Thanks for starting this thread Nathan. Your recording is very original and ambitious (I especially like Come On! Feel the Illinoise! on your web site too). I also took a shot at recording the song with a different arrangement, but I went acoustic instead of acapella. There's ukulele, banjo, mandolin, guitar, and bass, on my entry. I don't have a website that is capable of hosting an mp3, so I used rapidshare. It is free and I would recommend it to anyone else who would like to share their submission.

Nathansmart, I think it was really ambitious and interesting of you to do a full a cappella version -- very cool. And Dan, I love the ukulele! It especially sounds great when everything else drops out on the "I always loved you" part. Also, your voice reminds me of a friend's. It kills me -- in a good way -- when you hit the "so fuck them too" line in the first chorus.

Here's my entry:

Joe Atkinson "Dress Up in You" (http://s56.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=2ZSLQY4OGO21F2ZPD8QXE194TX)

I wanted to do a full cover, but got too pressed for time and ended up just using the instrumental track.
