Is GC really listening to 50 Cent? Is it not catchy as shit?

what kind of question is that?

the album isn't so hot after the first 1/3rd. But don't tell him I said so.

Amazing single, though.

Wasn't sure if you were joking or not. Do you drive an Escalade with 20 inch dubs? That might not suprise me either.

I agree with Dave that the new Voïvod album is pretty darn great.

SM mentions a pavement covers compilation - anyone know what that is? i remember hearing about one in the works (a double disc i think), i thought that it never came out.

it's called "everything is ending here" and it's a double-discer from homesleep in italy. the crowning track on the two discs is bardo pond's take on "home", but there are some other highlights as well. i 've got some more info on the release up in the discography on the bardo page (www.threelobed.com/bardo)...

I agree. In Da Club is a great tune but the album isn't so hot as you say.

I mean, there are 16 tracks (plus some bonus cuts) and the whole album clocks in at around 70 minutes. You know how hard it is to maintain a consistent album of that magnitude for anyone, let alone just a thug from the streets by the name of 50 cent?

And people seem to think that his "flow is off da hook" but to me, his rhymes seem hackneyed and awkward a lot of the time.

But yeah, the single is great.

I can't believe that we went from talking about 50 Cent to a Pavement covers compilation and then back to 50 cent again.
