I'm fairly sure that switching to the US store from your regional default will allow you to purchase regardless of your location, but I'm not positive.

Sorry, sorry - iTunes goes by album rights, not song rights, and 'Intended Play contains songs by Belle and Sebastian, Mogwai and other bands to which we don't have the rights in Britain (or Ireland).

That said, there will shortly be a digital single of "2wice" with a non-LP B-side entitled "Invisible." Release date TBA.
