Good news if she's ready for a Television proformance like that she must be much better which is great to know.

Teenie Hodges, known for his work as lead guitarist and songwriter for many of Al Green's songs from the 70's will be joining Chan and the Letterman band live on June 13.

I think if the late show likes what they hear enough, they archive it on their site.

Fuck me, what was that? A loose limbed barefooted Chan Marshall.

Well... she can't dance for shit but she more than makes up for it with enthusiasm and Id rather see some self taught amatuer who's enjoying him/herself than some droll professional with all the 'right' moves. Im just so glad that she's happy and that she can jig about without being cripped by self-consciousness.:)

Well... I thought she was good too but you know what I mean, she wasnt "technically proficient" (like I know my arse from my elbow at dancing - which I don't).;)

She looked and sounded great. I think it will be broadcast in the UK tonight on ITV4 - they normally air the previous nights Letterman don't they?

She danced them same for the NYC shows but she seamed more rigid on TV maybe the fact that it is such a large audiance. It seemed more natural during the show. I think her moves are great anyway.

Or maybe because it isnt her own audience. I get the impression that the audiences she has been playing recently have been her largest so far so I doubt she's really bothered about the number of people in attendance. Im sure its easier to act how you want when you know everybody is on your side. She's the master at jigging about enthusiastically in a random unchoreographed fashion though. Its a shitload better than Ashlee Simpson's attempt. :)

I was thinking more in the numbers of people watching nationwide on TV. She made mention several times of how many friends she had in the audience in NY which i'm sure helped. I'm still convinced that Rick the keyboard player is helping her a lot watch them interact next week and let me know what you think.

Yeah it is shown 2 days after the US airing on ITV, usually on ITV 4.

I live in the UK and I have never heard of Cat Power, just seen her on Letterman and had to download an album from itunes. Her dancing is so weird, but very good, just like shes having a goodtime.

If you're talking about what she does at about 2:33, I agree with you.:)
