I'm listening to this now and - tsk, tsk!- 'Hank Williams - 'Cold Cold Heart'' is introed. and signed of as that song by Laura but what is actually played is 'You Win Again'. Presumably the Beeb merely inserted tracks into a sequence recorded by Laura. Or perhaps it's a little nod to similar mishaps in Thrift Shop programmes....

The tracklisting also omits Laura's final selection . She plays her own recording ( and more power to her for doing so!) of Wynn Stewart's Wishful Thinking from 'Humming.

Otherwise Laura tells the usual country music stories. A nice intro. to the genre.
