When and why did you guys decide to take out that classic line of, "All Rights Reserved All Wrongs Reversed" from your albums?! Yeah, I know, dumb question....
It's still on most discs. Even the newest ones.

Really? Its not on the Interpol, Cat Power, Mary Timony, Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks, etc. discs that I own.
Odd.
Each band has full reign on their artwork, sometimes they don't want all the superfluous information. It's all about aesthetics I guess.
Don't fret though, the newest Matador release, The New Pornographers "Electric Version" has it. And it sounds as good as it looks.

as ché pointed out, some bands and their designs lend themselves to using the matdor "legal" slogan and othertimes for the reasons mentioned above it seems appropriate. ie, sometimes the less text on an lp or cd label the better.
by no means has matador stopped using the slogan.
thanks for noticing.

Thanks for the info.
Oh, and, my copy of the new Pornographers will not be having the slogan...I'm pretty sure the store I will be purchasing it from will be carrying copies released by Mint!
