Are you a highly motivated person willing to help out your favorite labels and be part of our street team? We're looking for people to help us in promoting all of our bands by handing out promotional materials at venues, record stores, cool thrift shops, local hangouts, coffee shops, etc... If you've done this stuff before please email me and let me know what experience you have and for what label(s) you've done this type of work before. If you don't have experience, no need to worry. Just email me telling me what shows you've been too, what places you frequent whether it be bars, venues, record stores, coffee shops, tattoo parlors, etc... I want to hear from all of you.
We have plenty of street team contests to get your competitive juices flowing. Prizes in the past have been big iTunes gift certificates, ipods, digital cameras, portable DVD players, shopping sprees, etc... All members get all of the latest Matador/Beggars CDs and DVDs along with tickets to every show that comes to your town.
Right now we're in crisis modes in two of the biggest markets in the US. New York City and Austin. We need highly motivated people in NYC as we have tons and tons of great shows in September and if you want to be there to cover them for us, please contact me!
