we can be liberal with the song's exact content, but if we get a disaster in the title, i think it is valid. this is a jogger for a mix.

peter gabriel - "here come the flood"
bruce springsteen - "lost in the flood"
the legendary k.o. - "george bush doesn't care about black people" (this one doesn't match the above qualifications, but how could i not include it?!)
