Anyone heard the new releases by 'Iran' or 'the Delgados'?

If so, what are your thougts? I've read positive reviews of both albums but want to see what others think before I buy them.

I've heard the Delgadoes CD, and I wasn't too impressed, which is surprising based on it's Dave Friddman-produced pedigree.
