I don't have to 'Imagine Our Love' - its full formed and complete for Becky Stark and her cavalry. Lavender Diamond are simply amazing, they've been a welcome breath of fresh air to the LA music scene for a while and having them on Matador just makes me giddy.

There, no that my fanboy gushing is out the way, Pitchfork (http://www.pitchforkmedia.com/article/news/41310/Lavender_Diamond_Imagine_New_Album_Tour) posted the album tracklist today. Anyone at Matador want to confirm?

01 Oh No
02 Garden Rose
03 Open Your Heart
04 Side of the Lord
05 I'll Never Lie Again
06 Dance Until It's Tomorrow
07 Like an Arrow
08 My Shadow Is a Monday
09 Bring Me a Song
10 Here Comes One
11 Find a Way
12 When You Wake for Certain

If you've seen the band live, you'll know "My Shadow is a Monday" is particularly lovely.

Awesome.. My Shadow Is a Monday and Garden Rose are some of my favorite LD songs, can't wait to hear the record.

The correct titles as they will appear on the album are:

O! Like an Arrow
Dance Until Tomorrow

and the rest looks right, order is right as well

Cheers!

Sorry for the error! According to Ron's (beautiful) album art, we are calling the song "Like An Arrow". Forget the part about the "O!". I'll shut up now.

has "avoiding the pain" (the "will you be who you say are? i will be who i am" song) been retitled or left off? that was one of my live favorites.

(though i'm with jef - "garden rose" and "my shadow is a monday" are where it's at. "here comes one" too.)

We recorded it but it wasn't mixed for the album-- I'm sure it will end up coming out as a B-side or on another release somewhere. It sounds good but somehow didn't fit with the "flow".
