'Dear Sir' questions

does everyone's copy of 'Dear Sir' have the track GREAT EXPECTATIONS on it-but unlisted? what's the deal with that?

also- why did she choose to include that song and ROCKETS on this album AND "Myra Lee"? they appear to be the same versions.

any insight would be greatly appreciated.

the "myra lee" version of 'great expectations' is a full band one; the "dear sir" version is solo.
"dear sir" was a minor release on an italian label called runt in 1995, and "myra lee" was her first reference in the u.s., so i think she chose a couple of songs that she really liked at the time and wanted in there, even if they had been released before.
