is there info on this show available? is it a co-headlining show? or is Cat Power opening for Built to Spill? what about tickets?

I'm thinking about buying a train ticket to Brooklyn for this. I just need as much info as possible before I decide to take the trek from Pittsburgh. If it's just an opening set-it prob wouldn't be worth it to sit on the train for ten hours.
