View Full Version : Radiohead Map
Hey I just bought that limited edition thing and that map included is super confusing. Can anyone understand what they are trying to say or are they just acting like a couple of uppity brainiacs?
It is too arty for me, I don't even trust art anymore after seeing "The Shape Of Things". Great movie.

im kind of undecided as to if i wanna get the ltd. edition or just buy the standard..price is the deciding factor there.
and thank you your comment buried amidst the albums of the year post, mr t.d.

I think the music itself is great, but I bought the limited edition and it's kinda disappointing.
I mean, all you get is the CD + lyrics + that map. It needs more of that lovely Stanley Donwood art...definitely.
It was only 3 dollars more at the store and plus, I'm a completist so I need to buy the "limited/special edition" of albums I buy.
Anyway, it's up to you whether you buy the special edition or not...mainly on how big of a Radiohead fan you are.
Yeah I think that the packaging was a little disappointing as well. They gave a free seven inch of the 'There There' single with it. It has 'Paperbag Writer' as a b-side, but I haven't heard it because I do not have turntables with me at college.
The music though is outstanding, possibly the album of the year.

I was skeptical about just how good the album would be. I'm very impressed, and I play it more than any other 2003 album with the exception of New Pornographers.
