Summer Mix

So my friends and I are making summer mixes and I have a ton of good songs (this may expand to a 2 disc set) but I wonder if there's anything great I might be missing. What are some of your favorite summer songs?

Anything of Last Splash by the Breeders, but in particular "Saints", "Cannonball", "No Aloha" and "New Year". This is my summer album. Pretty much like clockwork, without any premeditation I pull this album out in summer and drive around with it cranked. Great summer album, or anytime of year for that matter.

some of the songs on yo la tengo's "i can hear the heart beating as one" are really good. at least the first nine maybe.

many of the songs on gbv's alien lanes and mag earwhig, especially blimps go ninety.

and i just got two cd's from the silly pillows, they are the perfect band for having summerish songs.

yes it is a good album but i was refering to songs that would be good for a collection of summerable songs.

and also for summerish songs, include all of polaris's songs.
