Hello all,
I think the titles pretty much summed it up...
does cat power allow/enjoy people bootlegging her shows or is she against it?
Reason being, I am going to a show and want to bootleg it, if she is not against it.

If you don't refer to it as "bootlegging" you'll get less frowns. Personal momento in the form of a recording. Or something.
Can't answer your question, tho. It's up the the venue, i think. Chan won't even be able to see you thru the lights.

this is how Chan relayed it to me once:
Cassette tapes are cool. something for you and you alone to enjoy.
DATs/MiniDiscs/etc. are not cool.
Trading shows. not cool.

what's wrong with trading shows? as long as you're not charging money for them.
