I only just glanced at that, but I'm pretty sure that footage is from the Gonerfest 2 DVD. If you haven't seen it, the whole thing is worth your eyeball's time.

I clicked that link and watched a half hours worth of videos. Most of which I have seen many many times before. I think that earles and jenson ditchweed (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wiXTt1Ca_E) video is hilarious.
