Dan Burke is this bad-boy concert promoter/general ruffian from Montreal who booked shows for the El Mo in Toronto before it was raided and now books at the Silver Dollar. He puts on some good shows but the dude is INSANE - this isn't the first time he's been involved in shit like this, atleast according to my friend.

if this incident in anyway impacts my ability to see the europa show next week, i'm gonna hit that kid too. i like how jay actually finishes the song post-punch in this other footage (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tzhCiEl4RK4). gray area about what's wrong or right, but if you jump on stage pretty much anything is fair game. ask dimebag darrell.

the first video is cut in a way to make jay out to be a way bigger dick. who can be sure the set ended early anyway, isn't he known for 15 minute sets? whatever, i wanna see more fuckers get their faces smashed.
