duplicated tracks?

Loving the album, guys. I didn't have the patience to wait for the CD to ship, so I purchased the mp3s. Curiously, track 4 ("Morris Day Is On His Way") is identical to track 37 ("Avenging Imogene"). Is this an intentional duplication?

Avenging Imogene is one of the best calls, it's a followup call with the antique buyer where she gets offered Garfield Takes the Cake. It's the fourth track on the second disc so you can do the math on where the mistake was made.
