The "pre-order 7" link is now gone. I wonder if that means they sold out all the pre-order copies, or if somebody caught the jump-of-the-gun and it will be back up at 3 PM EDT, as it was originally supposed to be.

I don't know about anyone else, but because of this my credit card was declined for a duplicate transaction and I couldn't complete my order.

Now I cried down the phone to my dad and got his cc details but painfully slow site response times meant it took AGES to update new billing details, 20-odd minutes after it would have had my card been accepted. I really hope my order went through in time.

Same thing happened to me. My card was declined I'm assuming because I was on top of it today and ordered one this morning.

I quickly grabbed and entered a different card (which took another 20 minutes because the server was so slow).

By the looks of it, it did indeed sell out in half an hour. If my order went through, I must have gotten it in just under the wire.

I'm no computer whiz by any means, but is there any way to increase server capacity for next time?

I'm sorry to do this to all of you but we're going to re-do pre-order for the records TOMORROW 7/15 at 3PM ET.

I know this is really annoying, but there was no other way to make it fair for people. We will make sure that no one get another FRAUD notification, and make sure that we have more server speed for tomorrow.
