Hello everyone, I'm new here obviously, but I got a question I can't find an answer to in a FAQ, and no search of the forums turns up anything. I also can't seem to find a support forum to post this on, so sorry if this is the wrong place.
I recently ordered the deluxe cd/concert ticket bundle for a Mogwai concert, but accidentally threw away the receipt that came with my package, and erased the confirmation emails. Brilliant, I know.
So I was wondering, the order suggested that I needed to take the order receipt to the concert for admission, but will I be able to get in with just my ID that the order was purchased under? There was some mention of a "matador guest list" which I imagine is just advertising speak for a will call list. If I can't get in without the receipt, does anyone know of a way to reprint it?
