It doesn't ring a bell here, but looks legit to me. Fire an email off to Domino, I'm sure they'll get back to you if you ask nicely :D

Totally no idea, I checked with our production manager and he has never seen it either. However that is not a surprise - we did not get copies of everything Domino made. It is a very Domino-like item for that time, and they did go all-out on Terror Twilight. (In fact I think it might have been Pavement's biggest record in the UK.)
